- Discretionary Adjustments: Any credit transfers, batch modifications, or partial modifications requested after course activation will be subject to internal evaluation and evaluated solely at the management's discretion.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Usage
All training materials, live class stream recordings, source code templates, course curricula, dynamic case studies, and recorded video sets hosted on the portal remain the exclusive intellectual property of Tech Gurukul.
Students are granted a limited license to consume this content for personal skill enhancement. Any unauthorized downloading, screen recording, sharing of credentials, distribution, or commercial resale of course assets is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and legal action.
4. Student Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain professional decorum, respect mentors, and collaborate constructively with peers in all interactive forums, community chats, and live sessions.
